Once opened, please use ILASH serum within 6 months of opening.

Once opened, please use IHAIR serum within 12 months of opening.

Our tests have shown that, when used as directed, ILASH Serum does not get into the eyes. ILASH Serum is safe for use with contact lenses.

Because ILASH Serum is used around the eyes, we have taken care to formulate our product with ingredients that have excellent safety profiles. In addition, our tests have shown that, when used as directed, ILASH Serum does not get into the eyes and, therefore, should not have a physiological effect on your eyes. However, if a small quantity of the ILASH Serum accidentally gets into your eye, we recommend that you lightly splash a little tap water in the eye in order to dilute and rinse away the serum.
As a helpful reminder, we recommend that you be careful not to over-saturate the ILASH Serum application brush. Remember that you only need to apply a small quantity of the serum daily to enhance the beauty of your natural eyelashes.

The safety of ILASH Serum has been demonstrated in multiple studies conducted by independent research laboratories. ILASH Serum has been shown in these tests to be safe for the skin and eyes of adult study subjects.
However, none of the study subjects were pregnant or breast feeding. Therefore, while we have no scientific reason to believe that our serum poses a safety risk to women who are pregnant or breast feeding, as a precaution, we advise that you not use the serum if you are pregnant or breast-feeding without first consulting your physician.

Once your order ships, it will arrive to you in 2-3 working days via Ninja Van.
International
Once your order ships, it should arrive to you within 8-14 working days. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee, as sometimes packages may experience delays in transit to international countries.
